Kimberly Thompson
President
Kimberly D. Thompson is a native of Albany, GA and has been a resident of Savannah for 30 years. She has worked in the aviation industry for over 22 years and is a retiree of Delta Air Lines. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Savannah State University, Dual Master Degrees in Human Resources & Management/Leadership from Webster University and is a licensed realtor Kimberly enjoys traveling domestically and abroad with her family, and volunteering in her community.
Claudia Clarke
Treasurer
Claudia Clarke is Vice President and Senior Lending Officer for Carver State Bank and has over 25 years in banking experience. She was born and raised in Savannah, GA. and attended local H. V. Jenkins High School and Armstrong Atlantic University. She is an active member of the community and serves on numerous boards and Task Force Committees. She is also a member of Speedwell United Methodist Church, where she serves as Vice Chair of Finance and President of the United Methodist Women.
Torian Mackey

Torian Jackson-Mackey is a native of Louisville, KY and now resides in Savannah,Georgia. She attended the University of Louisville. She has spent the last 20 years working in financial and organizational management positions. While also working in Nonprofit Management for a few local organizations. She is currently the Executive Director for the 100 Black Men of Savannah and consultant for small business and organizations, and owns a few small businesses. Torian has served on several boards in the community. She spends her limited free time reading, traveling, and volunteering in the community. She is marriedto her loving husband Torrey and they have a 19-year old son.
George Bowen
George Bowen is a retired Air Force Colonel and former interim Superintendent of Schools for the Savannah Chatham County School System. He is a graduate of California State University Los Angeles with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Law and a Masters in Public Administrations. He currently works as a Consultant specializing in project management and school administration. He is actively engaged in managing the Chatham County court house renovation project for Chatham County..
Mayor Eddie DeLoach
Mayor Eddie DeLoach is the 66th Mayor of the City of Savannah. DeLoach is an American businessman and politician who served as the 66th mayor of Savannah, Georgia. Prior to running for mayor in the 2015 election, DeLoach served as a commissioner for Chatham County's 7th District from 1992 to 2000. He earned a bachelor's degree in history and political science from Berry College. DeLoach serves with the Rotary Club and Independent Presbyterian Church, and is involved with The Living Vine and Senior Citizens, Inc.
Honarable Christopher Middleton
Judge Middleton received honor degrees in Mass Communications and English Literature & Language from Savannah State University where he was awarded the President's Second Mile Award at graduation. He later received his J.D at Vermont Law School where he was awarded the prestigious Alumni Award at graduation. Prior to Law School, he worked as an Account Manager for WSAV before being hired by Mayor Floyd Adams, Jr.
As a servant leader, Middleton is associated with numerous professional organizations and is actively involved in the Savannah community though guest lectures and nonprofit associations. Judge Middleton is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Savannah Bar Association and the Port City Bar Association. He is also proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc, Eureka Lodge #1, 2024 graduate of Leadership Georgia and Leadership Savannah.

Jan Skutch
Jan Skutch arrived in Savannah in April 1971 as a cop reporter for the Savannah Evening Press, later moving to the Savannah Morning News where he remained until retiring in August 2000..Among his beata over the 49-plus years was the social services/poverty including the Chatham County Youth Futures Authority under Dr. Otis Johnson and Berne Polite.
Ruby Lipscomb
Ruby Lipscomb is a native of Savannah, Georgia. She is a graduate of A.E. Beach High School. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Savannah State University, Masters from Armstrong State University, and the Education Specialist Degree from Georgia Southern University and has done further study at the University of Delaware. Ruby retired from the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. She also served as a School Improvement Specialist for the Georgia State Department of Education and a University Supervisor in the College of Education at Armstrong State University. Her experiences in the field of education total 42 years. She is a member of St. Philip Monumental A.M.E. Church where she serves in various capacities. Additionally, she serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Savannah-Chatham Economic Opportunity Association (EOA). She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the Liberty City-Richfield-Southover Community Association.
